I made a decision to stop eating junk and to loose a bit of weight, I also decided to put some effort into my cycling so I am now training at least every other evening. 10 mile time trial times for the past three weeks are as follows- 31.10, 32.43, 32.25 (this included snaping the chain on last quarter mile and running to the finish). I hope to get under 30 mins before the end of june.

I do a lot of sailing and due to the weather have missed out on the last few weekends. We are planning a trip to bristol channel in the summer and have three weeks off.

24th june, last tues I went under 30 mins for the 10 mile tt, werll chuffed, can I keep it up. Ive got hold of a few bits to help plan my summer cruise.
